6. Who we share it with

  • Client companies — we share your profile with a named client only after telling you which client, and with your agreement. We do not mass-distribute CVs.

  • Service providers — Wix.com Ltd (website hosting, forms, bookings, members area, blog, invoicing), email and calendar providers, and error-monitoring (Sentry). These act on our instructions under contract.

  • Professional advisers — accountants, auditors and lawyers, where necessary.

  • Authorities — where required by law, court order, or a lawful government request.

We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing.

7. International transfers

We serve clients in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe and Canada. If you are a candidate, your data may be transferred to a client or service provider outside your country.

Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. Transfers out of India are made in accordance with section 16 of the DPDP Act. A copy of the relevant safeguard is available on request from info@talentixir.com.

8. Cookies and tracking

Our website runs on Wix. Wix sets strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function (session management, security, load balancing) and analytics cookies that tell us aggregate visitor numbers and which pages perform well. We also use Sentry to capture technical errors so we can fix them.

We may additionally run Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising and site performance. Where these are active they are loaded only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie controls.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

9. How long we keep it

  • Candidate profiles (active consideration) — Duration of the search, then moved to talent pool

  • Candidate talent pool — 24 months from last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised

  • Placed candidate records — 7 years from placement, for guarantee, invoicing and tax purposes

  • Client contracts and invoices — 8 years, per Indian tax and company law

  • Website enquiry and booking records — 24 months

  • Marketing consent records — Until withdrawn, plus 3 years

  • Server and security logs — 12 months

You can ask us to delete you from the talent pool at any time — see section 10.

10. Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act (India) and, where applicable, UK/EU GDPR, you may:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date

  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where we have no overriding legal reason to keep it

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out

  • Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests

  • Port your data to another provider in a structured, machine-readable format

  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated (DPDP Act, section 14)

  • Complain to a supervisory authority

  • UK — the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

  • EU — your national data protection authority

11. How we protect it

We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls limiting candidate data to the recruiters working on your search, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment infrastructure through Wix, DDoS protection, and regular review of who has access to what. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
